Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Focus on outreach into newly assigned state, register for HCA Event in that territory, look for additional conferences in that state
  • Schedule meetings with Admins, DON’s, BD Directors
  • Share social media content highlighting Theoria’s services: Physician’s, RPM, Telemedicine, HNACO, ProphEasy, ChartEasy, ChatEasy
  • In person visits to facilities in driving distance from BD Manager’s work address, as assigned 
  • Assist with conference planning and attend shows with Regional Director. Attending trade shows and hosting events in regional areas
  • Research/update contacts/companies as needed
  • Lead Generation through email/call/text
  • Provide a superior current and potential customer experience, placing heavy importance  on brand experience and customer engagement/satisfaction
  • Serve as the brand ambassador, developing and nurturing strong relationships with  potential customers
  • Develop and implement business development strategies

Shift Structure

  • Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM EST

Compensation and Benefits

  • 401K match, up to 3%
  • Health/Dental/Vision insurance
  • 15 days PTO + holidays
