About the Role:
The Senior Graphic Designer will play a vital role in developing and executing design services and marketing strategies to support Thomas Park’s commercial real estate services. This role will support multiple business lines across Thomas Park’s platform. This role will ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital and physical platforms while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and creativity. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for real estate marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management
Design and update marketing materials, including property brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.
Assist in creating polished project proposals and RFP submissions for potential clients and partners.
Produce and edit video content for social media and website use, showcasing properties, client success stories, and company highlights.
Digital and Social Media
Plan and execute social media content across platforms, ensuring brand voice consistency and audience engagement.
Manage website updates, including property listings, news, and blog content.
Collaborate with leadership to develop a cohesive branding and messaging strategy across all digital channels.
Marketing Strategy and Branding
Monitor industry trends to identify new marketing opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
Assist in creating and executing campaigns that elevate Thomas Park’s brand recognition in the commercial real estate space.
General Marketing Support
Support the Brokerage team with tailored marketing solutions for property listings.
Support the Investments team with updating pitch decks and investor presentations.
Support the Design team with project proposals.
Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of all marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with external vendors for print and digital advertising needs.
Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in commercial real estate or a similar industry.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (LinkedIn, WordPress).
Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and consistency.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Experience with video creation/editing tools is a plus.
Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry is preferred but not required.

Location
We strongly prefer this role to be based in-person at our Annapolis, MD headquarters. However, a hybrid arrangement is available, offering a structured and consistent schedule that balances time in the office with working from home.
