This role will start fully remote but will be moving to a full time in person schedule in early 2025, candidates must be located in the Boston area.

What can I expect from this job?
Hard work of course, but apart from that we’ll ask you to participate in new customer prospecting, uncovering leads, setting appointments, and qualifying conversations with prospects. At Thought Industries, our Business Development Representatives are an integral part of the Revenue Team. You will be working closely across the organization, with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to drive our success. You will be required to manage and report on your prospecting activity and meet your monthly and quarterly goals.
Bachelor's Degree.
1+ years of previous B2B SaaS BDR or Inside Sales Experience.
Proven track record of overachieving daily activity KPI’s (Dial, email, social outreach).
Successful track record of achieving monthly and quarterly meetings set goals.
Hunter mindset and understanding what it takes to connect with a qualified prospect.
Skilled at speaking with decision makers.
Easily handles objections and is able to set meetings confidently.
Ability to successfully make cold calls.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passionate, motivated and hungry to succeed.
Ability to commute to the office in Downtown Boston.
SalesForce, Outreach.io, LinkedIn and Sales Navigator experience a plus.
