Job Description of Client Solutions Manager

Thoughtfull is hiring a Client Solutions Manager, this role will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing strategies to enhance client engagement and deepen relationships, ultimately driving new business opportunities. This role involves creating and managing content, curriculum, initiatives, and communities that promote client utilization and brand loyalty. 

What you will do: 
 

  1. Engagement Program Development: 
    a. Design and execute engagement initiatives such as webinars, workshops, booths, and other interactive programs to drive sign-ups and ongoing client utilization. 
    b. Develop scalable processes for the successful delivery of engagement programs. 
  2. Partnership Management: 
    a. Identify, secure, and manage partnerships and vendors that enhance client engagement activities and offerings. 
  3. Content Creation: 
    a. Develop content such as case studies, social media posts, and other materials based on client engagement to boost brand awareness and educate clients on product features. 
  4. Community Building: 
    a. Build and nurture VIP client groups to foster community, encourage social validation, and strengthen client relationships.

About you:  

  • Proven experience in designing and executing client engagement programs. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to scale processes efficiently. 
  • Excellent relationship management and partnership-building skills. 
  • Creative content creation capabilities for various platforms and audiences. 
  • A passion for building communities and fostering client connections. 

This role is essential for driving ThoughtFull’s mission of deepening client relationships and unlocking growth opportunities through innovative engagement strategies.
