Now Hiring: Ad Operations Coordinator (Retail Media Advertising)

Are you a detail-oriented, highly organized professional looking to build your career in digital advertising and retail media? We're hiring an Ad Operations Coordinator to support our client’s in-store digital network that reaches over 140 million shoppers weekly.

This role is essential to maintaining the accuracy and success of our ad campaigns through precise data entry, real-time performance monitoring, seamless cross-team coordination, and proactive issue resolution.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, data-focused environment by supporting the execution and accuracy of large-scale advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full campaign life cycle for in-store retail media advertising on our client’s digital screens.
  • Enter and maintain campaign data in ad management systems (e.g., campaign dates, frequency, target stores).
  • Traffic and edit creative assets, ensuring campaigns are programmed correctly and on time.
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow ticketing system for campaign requests and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Account Management, Creative, and Production to reconcile campaign details.
  • Communicate programming status and campaign schedules to stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to support campaigns during nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Experience with data management: strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Apple software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
