We are seeking an experienced recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts in Thailand. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a smooth hiring process while maintaining compliance with local regulations. You will work closely with functional leaders to develop hiring strategies, attract top talent, and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Collaborate with functional leaders to understand workforce planning, hiring priorities, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
- Screen and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation, and hiring approvals.
- Compliance & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with HR, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure hiring processes adhere to local labor laws and industry regulations.
- Maintain clear documentation and compliance checks throughout the hiring process.
- Provide market insights on talent trends, competitor hiring strategies, and compensation benchmarks.
- Onboarding & Candidate Experience
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
- Facilitate a smooth transition for new employees, ensuring they are well-equipped to integrate into the company.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and professionalism throughout the hiring journey.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in regulated industries such as financial services, fintech, or technology.
- Experience partnering with functional leaders to align talent acquisition with business goals.
- Skilled in direct sourcing, passive candidate engagement, and pipeline management.
- Experience in onboarding coordination, ensuring compliance and a positive new hire experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
- Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus, as you may work with regional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools to optimize efficiency and reporting.
