About the Role:

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time CRM Coordinator to help shape meaningful connections with our audience through thoughtfully crafted email and push notification campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in engaging theatre enthusiasts and driving loyalty within a fast-paced, data-driven, and creative environment.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager (Retention) and the broader marketing team, you’ll support CRM strategies that balance creativity with performance. You'll contribute to campaigns that resonate with our members, ensuring they stay connected to the shows they love while maintaining a low unsubscribe rate and high engagement metrics.

Please note: this is a Part-Time position for a 6 month, Fixed Term Contract. Qualified candidates must be based in the greater London. This is a remote position with the opportunity to work in the TTG office in central London, and the preferred working days for this position are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. 

• Under the direction of the Marketing Manager (Retention), write, build, and deploy email and push notification campaigns, ensuring they align with TodayTix’s brand voice and goals
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Partnerships teams to secure approvals and meet campaign deadlines
• Support the the CRM Manager in building and managing audience segmentation lists using appropriate fields based on user behaviour and Rewards status Ensure accurate targeting and relevancy for each campaign, leveraging customer data and insights
• Assist in maintaining the CRM calendar, ensuring campaigns are scheduled and executed on time 
• Track upcoming promotional events, key show dates, and other important milestones to align with CRM efforts
• Adhere to strong engagement guardrails, focusing on driving member engagement and minimising unsubscribe rates
• Support the team in tracking campaign performance, gathering insights to improve future communications

• 1-2 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing preferred (internships or part-time experience welcome)
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp) and segmentation tools
• Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail
• Basic understanding of email design principles and HTML is a plus
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for theatre, live entertainment, and connecting audiences with the performing arts
