Client Operations 6 Week Internship (Remote - US Based)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern for 6 weeks, to join our Client Operations team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client management and operational processes. As a Client Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of client-related tasks.

This role is fully remote but we are only considering candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone.

Responsibilities

• Manage Client Inquiries:
  • Review tickets received from clients inquiring about a recent contractual amendment
  • Respond to the tickets with a standard response
• Follow Up on Client Tickets:
  Follow up with clients on their tickets to ensure timely resolution and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce or
• Zendesk is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.

Salary Range

US Remote: $15 USD per hour
