Solutions Consultant (Remote - US Based)

Job Summary

The Solutions Consultant plays a crucial role in ensuring successful client integration and utilization of our software. This position requires expertise in conducting detailed discovery and requirements analysis, quality assurance, and client consulting, with a focus on the petcare industry. This role is essential in ensuring our clients maximize the value of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent consulting skills to drive successful implementations and foster long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Discovery and Analysis: Conduct in-depth discovery and requirements analysis, focusing on
    specific needs related to each client's petcare facility.
  • New Business Consulting: Consult with new facilities that have not determined their service
    offerings. Provide solutions based on industry trends and best practices within Gingr.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and ensure the quality of work done by the Configuration Specialist
    before the application is delivered to the customer.
  • Application Delivery: Lead the delivery of the application to customers, supported by the
    Customer Success Specialist (CSS)
  • Payment Integration Collaboration: Work closely with the CSS to facilitate integrated payment
    sign-up processes for clients.
  • Ongoing Consultation: Provide ongoing consultancy to clients for additional locations or service
    changes post-implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar Solutions/Business Consultant role, preferably in a software or tech environment tailored to pet care services.
  • Strong analytical skills with a detailed understanding of business process analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and work
    collaboratively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and a keen understanding of integrated payment
    systems.

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.

Salary Range

US Remote:$43,000-$47,000 USD per year
