We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Web3 Creative Content Manager on a contract basis to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a vital link between various teams to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives, the optimization of processes, and the alignment of efforts to achieve business objectives.

About you:

What you’ll be doing: 

Content Creation & Management

  • Ideate and come up with content ideas for token.com and $TOKEN. 
  • Collaborate with the Content team to film and produce engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
  • Creator/Influencer support and direction for content creation.
  • Partner with the design team to get up-to-date guidelines, templates and libraries. 

Public Relations Content

  • Oversee the content rollout of PR initiatives, including press releases, media outreach, and managing relationships with PR agencies.

Collaboration with Growth & Product Teams

  • Partner with the Growth team to conduct user research and gather data-driven insights to share with the Product team for iterative improvements.

Process Optimization & Reporting

  • Establish and optimize workflows to enhance the efficiency of content operations 
  • Manage the content budget by tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and ensuring efficient resource allocation for campaigns and initiatives.
  • Project managing content campaigns across varying verticals (eg. copywriting, design, product, marketing) for individual and long term campaigns

Additional Responsibilities

  • Stay updated with Web3 trends and marketing best practices, sharing insights with the team to foster innovation and improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to align content marketing strategies with overall business goals.

What we’re looking for: 

  • 5-6 years experience in creative content or a related role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • A real passion for web3!
  • Experience creating content for social channels like TikTok, Instagram, Youtube etc, ideally within the web3/crypto landscape.
  • Should have some level of writing/video editing experience.
  • Experience agency side is highly valuable. 
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
  • Exceptional initiative - we need someone willing to take on new challenges as they arise and be adaptable to the needs of the team.
  • Comfortable interviewing people on camera and even featuring in videos.
