OVERVIEW
Topography Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented East Coast Engagement Manager to drive partnership strategies and manage site performance with our most strategic provider partners. In this pivotal role, you will interact closely with cross-functional teams—including Clinical Operations, Implementation, Quality, Regulatory, and Business Development—to ensure the successful execution of clinical studies. Your ability to build strong relationships and present effectively to physician audiences will be essential in advancing research adoption and achieving our organizational goals in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Director of Commercial Development and Partnerships, you will serve as a key liaison between our provider partners and internal teams. You will leverage your strong strategic planning skills to drive research adoption and growth initiatives, and demonstrate the ability to design and implement innovative strategies for stakeholder engagement. Familiarity with new technologies and operational launches in the healthcare or clinical research sector is essential. Additionally, you must maintain hyper-organization and attention to detail to ensure seamless coordination and execution across all projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain irreplaceable relationships with physicians and executive leadership at provider organizations to promote research adoption and growth.
Become an expert in clinical research to effectively support organizations in their research programs with Topography Health, addressing challenges and driving service adoption.
Lead strategic goal-setting initiatives by managing weekly leadership meetings, monthly financial reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
Partner with Business Development to identify and launch new opportunities within your region.
Act as the voice of the customer internally, working cross-functionally to achieve desired outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Design, implement, and document innovative strategies to drive physician engagement, including collaborating with Product teams on new technology and operational initiatives.
Exhibit immense attention to detail and hyper-organization in all aspects of the role, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of responsibilities.
Engage with physicians and site staff to facilitate the success of clinical studies, addressing their needs and fostering a collaborative environment.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of sales and/or account management experience.
5+ years of experience with healthcare organizations, ideally a healthcare service provider, managing accounts to target revenue goals.
3+ years of experience interfacing with physicians
Located in Atalanta, NYC, or Washington DC
Ability to travel up to 30-40%; significant local travel if based in the DC area
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a growth-stage startup.
Previous experience working for a CRO, Sponsor, SMO, or other clinical research organization in site development or account management.
