Torq is a fast-growing cybersecurity company with 500% growth in customers and 300% revenue growth since 2023. Torq is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Customer Organization. This role will report into our PMO - Head of Customer Operations.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the planning, execution, and delivery of Torq services to achieve strategic goals and milestones internally and externally.
• Collaborate with our PS, CSE, and CSM teams to monitor and address customer requirements and requests.
• Identify program risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation plans to ensure successful program delivery.
• Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of financial resources.
• Standardize project documentation in collaboration with other project managers, evolving processes as needed to meet business requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in managing technical projects or consulting roles within the cybersecurity space.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the confidence and ability to create, structure, and present messages to senior audiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling competing priorities while working with multiple strategic opportunities and customers.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities; tactful and effective in various situations.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Notion, or PSA tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP).
• Experience managing PS/CS SOAR projects.
