This is a hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager position embedded in a pan-European Sales Business Transformation (SBT) initiative. The selected candidate will be responsible for mapping and supporting the redesign of complex sales and vehicle distribution processes across Europe, working closely with Toyota Motor Europe (TME) and national markets (NMSCs).
This role sits at the intersection of business process architecture, cross-functional stakeholder orchestration, and strategic delivery coordination — with a strong emphasis on documentation, stakeholder facilitation, and structured communication.
- 5–10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Transformation Delivery.
- Proven ability to structure information, map processes (BPMN or equivalent), and document requirements.
- Experience in ambiguous or low-structure environments where frameworks need to be created from scratch.
- Strong communication skills — able to engage with both technical and business stakeholders across cultures.
- Stakeholder fluency and diplomacy — capable of balancing viewpoints and navigating consensus-building.
- Excellent documentation and visual communication abilities (Visio, Confluence, PowerPoint, Jira, etc.).
- Familiarity with project coordination and tracking methods (RAID logs, status reporting, milestone planning).
- Fluency in English required; Japanese language skills are a strong advantage.
- Experience in automotive, supply chain, or pan-European programs is a plus.
