About the role

Are you in your happy place managing B2B performance marketing campaigns and delivering an SEO strategy? Do you feel just as motivated rolling up your sleeves to support day-to-day marketing operations as you do analysing performance metrics and seeking out opportunities for growth? Are you familiar with marketing automation and CRM systems – or keen to learn and develop in this space?  

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team - helping us build brand fame and fuel the pipeline for success. You will be a curious self-starter, owning and executing campaigns and digital activations to optimise the distribution of content through digital channels.  

Reporting into the Content Marketing Lead, the Digital Marketing Specialist will bring a combination of creative intuition and analytical rigour to support in the delivery of a brand and content-led marketing plan.   

If you’re looking to step into a role where there is room to grow and make it your own – this could be for you.  

  • A marketing or communications degree and 2+ years' work experience executing digital marketing strategies.  
  • Experience working with social media campaign managers and Google Ads. 
  • Experience working with HubSpot (preferred), or similar CRM system. 
  • Experience using analytics tools such as GA4 and Google dashboards, social media dashboards and PowerBI.
