Track Group’s Specialized Caseload Unit (SCU) is a team of highly trained GPS data analysts and EM investigators. We provide enhanced caseload analysis and investigative reporting, ensuring specialized attention is paid to high-risk GPS monitored individuals.
Position Summary:
The Specialized Caseload Unit’s (SCU) Investigative EM Agents identify and offer solution-based recommendations and investigative analysis to address unique electronic monitoring program needs and ensure a heightened level of support to subscribing SCU agencies. Agents create and maintain a supportive environment for SCU-supported agencies by asking the right questions, listening carefully, taking detailed notes, and collaborating with other team members to deliver proactive caseload analysis and investigative reports. Agents will analyze specific EM caseloads on a daily basis per subscribing agency protocols, often leveraging specialty software and analytics tools. Agents will provide detailed post-incident analysis aimed at distilling specific EM data/events of interest into easy-to-understand reports. Agents are passionate about electronic monitoring technology and leverage their technical and analytical abilities to create positive customer interactions while addressing a variety of supportive diagnostic and investigative analyses within community corrections programs.

Position reports to the Naperville, Illinois office three days/week
