Are you Tracksuit’s new GTM Operations Manager?


We’re looking for a Senior GTM Operations Manager to drive scalable growth by reimagining Tracksuit’s go-to-market operations with a strong focus on technology, automation, and process optimisation.


As one of the first hires into our newly created GTM Ops team, this role is perfect for a pragmatic self-starter passionate about uncovering inefficiencies, identifying commercial opportunities and crafting cross-functional solutions that deliver measurable impact.

You’ll be empowered to own high priority projects, make decisions and make your personal mark on Tracksuit's growth trajectory over the coming years.


We think this role is exciting because you’ll:
  • Have an outsized impact: Directly influence the scalability of Tracksuit’s GTM operations and act as a key contributor to our growth trajectory
  • Be a pioneer: Define and build the GTM Ops function in alignment with Tracksuit’s evolving needs, helping set best practices for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Shape the future: Lead initiatives that leverage new technology and data to improve operational scalability and customer outcomes.
  • Grow with us: Evolve into more strategic leadership roles within the GTM Ops team as Tracksuit scales.


As our GTM Operations Manager, you will lead efforts to:
  • Build scalable go-to-market processes: Develop and optimise workflows, tools, and systems across marketing, sales, customer success, and partnerships to ensure operational efficiency and alignment.
  • Leverage AI and automation to unlock growth: Implement innovative technology solutions that streamline operations, displace manual work, and enhance our team’s ability to deliver value.
  • Enable cross-functional teams: Create playbooks and enablement resources that equip go-to-market teams with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Drive data and insights initiatives: Build robust reporting frameworks to enhance visibility and forecasting across go-to-market functions.
  • Create personalised buyer and customer experiences: Leverage product and third-party data to create personalised buyer and customer experiences, enabling data-driven motions that drive engagement and deliver measurable commercial impact.


That’s the role, so who are you? We’re looking for a Senior GTM Operations Manager with:
  • GTM Expertise: Experience working across marketing, sales, customer success, and partnerships to align processes with commercial goals
  • Ops for hyper growth: Proven track record of building and running the operational foundations of a rapidly growing business.
  • Technical Aptitude: Hands-on experience with CRM and GTM tools, and a view on how AI and automation can reinvent processes and unlock growth.
  • Data and Reporting: Strong skills in managing and leveraging data to uncover insights, improve decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Commercial Instincts: A natural ability to prioritise initiatives based on their potential commercial impact.
  • Collaboration and Communication: A clear communicator with a talent for aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders around shared objectives.


$150,000 - $175,000 a year
