Traeger is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to join our sales team based in the Southern California area. In this entry level role, you will be the face of the Traeger with the national chain retail accounts within your region. You will establish relationships at these accounts and provide meaningful support. As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will wear many hats including conducting retailer-training, demos, merchandising projects, and most importantly bringing account staff and consumers alike into the Traeger Nation. This will require some travel and overnight trips. Regular weekend, and event activation will be critical, especially during key times of the year.

How You'll Help Us Win:

In this autonomous and varied role, your time will be spent on the following activities:

• Merchandising/Fixtures & POP: 35%
• Training Retailers: 35%
• Demonstrations & events: 25%
• Administration: 5%

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Recent graduate or less than 2 years experience in retail sales
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Salesforce experience is preferred, or similar CRM experience
• MS Office proficiency
• Detailed oriented with a high level of organization
• Ability to work weekends and travel as required
