What You'll Do:

The MEATER brand is looking for a talented videographer with a strong storytelling background and a cinematic eye. The ideal candidate will be able to cover video production from beginning-to-end, including storyboards, cinematography, lighting, audio, editing and motion graphics. This individual will be able to craft enterprise-quality video for a variety of distribution channels including social media and online content. The Videographer will work with a variety of stakeholders to ensure goals are being met. Storyboard creation and other pre-production related tasks will be a substantial portion of this role. The ability to shoot interviews, MEATER events, b-roll, and other necessary footage will be required. Must be able to create videos from pre-production to post-production. Some travel will be required to various events in order to capture our products in action and lifestyle. The videographer will also assist in the coordination of talent, shoot locations, equipment and the organization of digital video assets.

How You'll Help Us Win:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality motion assets that elevate the visual experience of the MEATER brand.
• Work within the creative team to develop exceptional video experiences for multiple MEATER channels: websites, in-app videos, training support videos, tutorials, recipe content, lifestyle content, technical support.
• Partner with Creative Director, Copywriter and additional team members to complete projects within the specified timeline.
• Assist with managing of all aspects of shoots including scheduling, budgets, necessary equipment, storyboarding and shot lists.
• Develop high-quality videos that can be compatible across mobile and desktop environments and through different distribution channels such as our website, Facebook, IGTV and YouTube.
• Partner with Creative Director to propose solutions that are both meaningful in metrics and brand mission—while supporting data driven requirements.
• See projects through, from start to finish, while maintaining regular communication within the creative team.
• Produce storyboards, on-screen motion graphics, end screens and required CTAs for various marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate on video editing, marketing and other team functions as necessary
• Manage projects with third-party production vendors and in-house projects from pre-production to post-production.
• Prepare final video assets for seamless publishing.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• 4-6 years as videographer and/or video editor.
• Professional experience with industry-standard cameras (RED, DJI, Movi, Sony, Canon, etc.), to achieve required level of video content.
• In-depth knowledge of motion graphics creation and video editing capability.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud apps including Premiere Pro, Photoshop and After Effects.
• Must be proficient in professional set lighting.
• Ability to develop narratives and shot planning.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Initiative to plan and produce projects independently.
• Photography experience a plus.
• Basic graphic design and photo retouching is a plus.
