Gameplay Specialist - FPS Gaming

TPG is hiring entry-level Gameplay Specialists based ON SITE in our Hollywood, California offices. Your mission will be to work alongside our creative team to create epic gameplay footage!

- This job begins as a remote position, then shifts into a full-time on-site job at our Hollywood, California offices
- Candidates must live within commutable distance of Hollywood, California
- The pay for this full-time, hourly position is $18 per hour 
- You must be an EXPERT at FPS games!

The opportunity:

Are you passionate about gaming? Do you know every nook and cranny of your favorite FPS game? Is your ranking a bragging right? Would you like a career in capturing and saving video gameplay moments? If so, we'd love to learn more about you!

This is a full-time staff role (you will be paid W2 payroll) requiring on-site work in our Hollywood offices.  You will be provided with all necessary work tools.

What you will do in this role:

• Capture and save incredible gameplay moments.
• Craft precise shot lists detailing great gameplay sequences, camera angles & unique elements.
• Get paid to play first-person shooter video games.
• Provide feedback for the game and check for bugs.
• Quality control related to game content and continuity.
• Report and communicate those bugs with the Gaming Development Team.
• Sit on-site working in our Hollywood, California offices starting on or around April 2025.

About you:

• You're a walking encyclopedia of all things video games and have sunk dozens of hours into multiple FPS games. You regularly play FPS games such as Overwatch, Battlefield, Fortnite, Call of Duty, etc.   You crush FPS games and are a highly ranked player.
• You're currently playing those games today (knowledge must be fresh, and you must be an active player.
• You have a keen eye for detail and love noting inconsistencies in FPS game play-by-plays.
• Experience in Photography, Cinematography, or Digital Art is a plus.
• You pride yourself on your proficient PC skills and familiarity with popular mainstream gaming consoles (Xbox, PS5, Nintendo Switch, etc.).
• Your communication and time management skills are excellent.
• You're a positive influence in the workplace and a great team member.
