Job Description

The Coordinator, Product and Industry Relations, is responsible for supporting the sector activities and coordinate related communications and tasks with various internal teams at TDC. They provide operational support and liaise with partners on operations, promotions, news, administrative tasks, also managing and updating supplier information and content (The Hub, Web, TDC Partners emails, etc.).

This is a Part-time position (22.5h a week)

Responsibilities

  • Receive contracts from the preferred partners and prepare legal contract roadmaps and other documentation.
  • Maintain and update the SharePoint central contract management tool for the preferred partner signed roadmaps, agreements and reports.
  • Request and track a list of periodic sales report from Partners as determined by the Director.
  • Maintain the preferred partner list and own the partners content in the Hub and website
  • Design and distribution of monthly partner newsletter.
  • Distribute TDC Partners email updates to the network and manage email box.
  • Distribute necessary information to the relevant departments (operations, finance, training, marketing).
  • Coordinate the training calendar of webinars, partner training academies and TDC partner FAM trips–including registration, communication to the stakeholders, invoicing and other duties as assigned.
  • Produce reports for internal and partner meetings
  • Process invoicing and outstanding receivables with partners when necessary.
  • Act as a resource person for other TDC departments and the preferred partner contacts.

Qualifications

  • Tourism background
  • Five (5) years of experience in travel.
  • Solution-oriented work and customer service.
  • Autonomy, diplomacy, strong organization skills
  • Essential French/English bilingualism (oral and written)
  • Work both remote and in-person at Montreal office on mandatory days
  • Part-time schedule is 2 full-days and 2 half-days (total 22.5h/week)
  • Presence required at Annual Conference(s)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High level of MS Office software knowledge.
  • Attention to detail and meticulousness.
