The Terrace is a classic Skilled Nursing Facility that has 115 beds, with a heavy emphasis on long term resident care and a small, but growing, short-term rehab unit. This close-knit team is welcoming and always willing to jump in to help out when you need it. What makes us unique:
The National Association of Rehab Providers & Agencies (NARA) awarded Transitional Care Management their “Impact Award” for 2023 for our Life Skills Programming. What you will do in this role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you will be joining a team of nursing professionals dedicated to providing excellent clinical care. Some have been with us for a long time and can mentor others. You will help patients reach their clinical goals and work side by side with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team.
