QA Automation Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and execute automated test cases for new and existing software applications.
• Develop test automation frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application features and improve test coverage.
• Identify, record, and track defects using industry-standard tools.
• Continuously improve test processes and methodologies to enhance overall product quality.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in quality assurance.
• Provide feedback on product functionality and performance based on testing results.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Automation Test Engineer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
