RFP/Proposal Coordinator and Writer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented RFP Coordinator and Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire RFP process, from tracking deadlines to writing and submitting responses. This role requires excellent writing skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a deep understanding of our company’s services and capabilities. The RFP Coordinator and Writer will play a crucial role in securing new business opportunities and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • RFP Management: Coordinate the entire RFP process, including tracking deadlines, gathering necessary information, and ensuring timely submission.
  • Proposal Writing: Develop clear, concise, and compelling RFP responses that effectively communicate our company’s value proposition.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, technical teams, and other key stakeholders to gather relevant insights and data for proposal development.
  • Editing and Review: Proofread and edit RFP responses to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Content Management: Maintain and update a library of standard RFP responses, templates, and supporting documents to streamline the proposal process.
  • Industry Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in RFP writing to enhance the quality of proposals.
  • Business Development Support: Assist in the creation of additional business development materials, such as presentations, case studies, and white papers.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in RFP coordination and writing, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Writing Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant proposal management tools.
  • Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
