Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Manager to support the Product team in driving the development and success of our products. This role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their product management expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Product Manager will assist in coordinating cross-functional teams, conducting market research, managing product development lifecycles, and ensuring the quality of our offerings aligns with client needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Research

1. Assist in analyzing consumer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth

2. Conduct research on the legal tech market and our clients to compile insights that inform product strategy and feature prioritization

3. Support the creation of business cases, use cases, and functional requirements for product enhancements

Product Development

1. Work with product and engineering teams to refine product requirements, manage backlog, and ensure timely delivery of features

2. Test products to maintain high-quality standards

Data Ops

1. Partner with the Data Acquisition team to maintain and enrich existing data while exploring new data sources

Cross-Functional Collaboration

1. Coordinate with engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches

2. Serve as an internal point of contact for cross-departmental collaboration

3. Assist in supporting new and existing products

• Strong interest in product management with some prior experience or exposure in a product or project management role
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
