ABOUT THE TEAM

If you want to feel the heartbeat of Trendyol, you’re in the right place! The Operations Team manages end-to-end operational activities and development processes in the competitive marketplace. Within the Operations Team, there are six main focused disciplines: Planning, Analytics, Cost & Charge, Fulfillment Operations, Operational Excellence, Seller and Delivery Operations, Warehouse Design, and Business Intelligence.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor the operation of the conveyor systems within the warehouse through the system interface and ensure efficient performance
  • Oversee the periodic maintenance and service schedule of the equipment used in the warehouse
  • Generate alerts to relevant departments in case of system or equipment malfunctions and ensure quick recovery of operations
  • Responsible for building maintenance and control of all technical systems
  • Manage the maintenance team and establish a comprehensive facility maintenance schedule
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults in equipment and systems across the facility
  • Perform maintenance and repair of machinery; install and commission new machines to ensure operational readiness
  • Carry out electrical control of water and air lines, install new lines when necessary, and plan/monitor their maintenance services
  • Report and archive maintenance activities; monitor electricity, water, and natural gas usage and maintain accurate energy records
  • Prepare usage and maintenance instructions aligned with operational processes; ensure continuous functionality of automation systems
  • Create and track the maintenance budget, conduct forecast analysis
  • Manage energy costs, including utilities such as electricity, natural gas, and water


QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, etc.)
  • Minimum 8 years of Experience in maintenance of machinery, buildings, auxiliary facilities, and infrastructure
  • Knowledge of planned maintenance, predictive maintenance, assembly and disassembly processes
  • Familiarity with PLC automation, conveyor systems
  • Experience in lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Project management experience, particularly in operational (non-IT) projects
  • Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and able to take initiative
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive actively
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • This position includes manager titles/roles
