• Market Intelligence and Analytical Expertise:
• Actively gather and analyze market information to make informed judgments about market trends, risk factors, and opportunities within the property management industry.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to quickly analyze and synthesize data from various sources to form actionable insights. This includes interpreting financial statements, property valuations, and construction plans to support underwriting decisions.
• Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to enhance the speed and accuracy of underwriting processes.

• Continuous Learning and Process Improvement:
• Regularly review and reflect on past project experiences and knowledge acquired to continually refine underwriting practices.
• Develop and implement templates and automate processes where possible, showing initiative and leadership in process improvement.

• Adaptability and Skill Enhancement:
• Show a proactive willingness to learn from industry-standard templates and acquire knowledge that can be applied to refine underwriting strategies and methodologies.
• Pursue opportunities for professional development by learning new skills and technologies that can increase efficiency and accuracy in the property management underwriting process.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to ensure underwriting practices remain current and competitive.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business related analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python or other relevant software.
• Experience providing insights and analyses directly to senior level stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

• 3+ years of work experience in property management or real estate industry.
• Familiarity with property management software and tools.
