As a Community Ambassador, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and engaging living environment for residents. You will act as a liaison between students and management, help organize events, and promote a positive community culture. This is an ideal opportunity for outgoing, responsible individuals looking to gain experience in hospitality, property management, or event planning.

• Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing questions and fostering a supportive community.
• Plan and execute social events, workshops, and community-building activities.
• Assist new residents with move-in processes, offering guidance and orientation to their new home.
• Promote Tripalink’s values by encouraging a respectful and inclusive living environment.
• Gather feedback from residents to enhance the living experience and report insights to management.
• Help with marketing initiatives by engaging with potential residents through tours and social media.
• Support leasing efforts by providing testimonials, hosting open houses, and assisting with community outreach.
• Enforce community guidelines to ensure a safe and harmonious living space.

• Current college student or recent graduate preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for community building and student engagement.
• Leadership experience in student organizations, housing, or event planning is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Social media skills and event planning experience are a plus.
