The company currently manages about 6,000 bed spaces in Los Angeles, Irvine, Seattle, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Tucson, Austin, Chicago, San Francisco, and Berkeley.

• Monitor real estate market trends and rental rates and develop competitive pricing and leasing strategies
• Prepare weekly comprehensive data analysis reports on leasing performance, market trends, surveys, and sales data and present to executives for strategic planning; Implement pre-screening, enhance the application process for tenants and reduce delinquent rent payments
• Ensure all leasing practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws and rental regulations
• Prepare lease agreements, handle lease renewals, amendments, and terminations, and address inquires and resolve issues from tenants
• Support company real estate development and assist in budgeting and forecasting for property expenses, income and appraisal
• Manage and oversee leasing staff including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations

• U.S. Master's Degree in Real Estate

SALARY: $102,000 per year

HOURS: 40 hours/week
