• Implement solution for customers packaging procedures and issues on how to store the packages, how to keep them safe. 
• Provide specific maintaining schedule for swimming pool, gym, recreation room base on department structure 
• Operate Appfolio system to manage the customer data, maintenance requests, contracts and other related issues in the renting process.
• Improve current calculation process for utilities bills including monthly electrical, water and gas fees, by using addition software etc. 
• Manage large amount of move-in and move-out flow during summer time including collecting room keys, replacing old furnitures, scheduling inspection, sending out the notice and deposit based on inspection.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1+ years of residential property management or related experience
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Capable of operating Appfolio and different management or accounting software
• Capable of effectively handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Prefer to have a reliable vehicle
• Bilingual in Chinese is preferred
