Job Description

We're seeking a results-driven Media Buyer to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue while maintaining strong ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms
  • Conduct audience targeting and planning
  • Perform keyword research and selection
  • Manage ad copy & creative through approval process
  • Maintain conversion tracking and other pixels
  • Maintain minimum target ROAS/CPAC across all platforms
  • Optimize campaign timing and budget allocation
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns in real time for maximum performance
  • Diversify media buying channels (find and prove new paid media channels/platforms)
  • Submit creative requests to the design team with clear success requirements
  • Manage creative testing process and provide iteration guidance
  • Conduct creative tests while maintaining winning creatives
  • Track and analyze creative performance metrics
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance landing page performance
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement optimizations
  • Track and analyze user behavior metrics
  • Create and maintain monthly paid advertising reports
  • Maintain regular stakeholder communication regarding performance
  • Stay current with paid advertising trends and developments
  • Deliver monthly creative performance reports to the design team
  • Provide updates on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

  • Track record of successfully managing digital ad campaigns and driving measurable results
  • Sharp eye for data analysis and passion for making strategic decisions backed by insights
  • Hands-on expertise with key platforms like Google Ads and Meta Advertising
  • Deep understanding of how to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance
  • Skilled communicator who can build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to run meaningful A/B tests and translate findings into actionable improvements
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a knack for juggling multiple priorities seamlessly
  • Natural aptitude for finding innovative solutions to complex advertising challenges through creative problem-solving
  • Maintain ROAS/CPAC Targets across all platforms
  • Implement creative ad tests
  • Demonstrate month-over-month improvement in conversion rates
  • Deliver timely monthly reporting to all stakeholders
