Job Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead & Inspire – Foster a positive, engaged, and collaborative dealership culture where team members feel valued and motivated.
  • Oversee Daily Operations – Ensure all departments run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with best practices, safety standards, and customer service excellence.
  • Develop & Coach Teams – Identify training and growth opportunities, mentor department managers, and support team members in achieving success.
  • Drive Performance & Growth – Set key performance goals, analyze dealership data, and implement strategies to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solve & Resolve Conflicts – Proactively address internal disputes, customer concerns, and operational challenges with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Ensure Compliance & Best Practices – Uphold company policies, industry standards, and Elite Support expectations to maintain a high-performing and safe work environment.
  • Be Hands-On – Conduct on-site visits with customers, engage with team members, inspect the facility, and monitor dealership conditions to uphold Truck Centers’ high standards.
  • Manage Vendor & Customer Relationships – Serve as a key liaison with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to strengthen business partnerships.
  • Own the Numbers – Oversee budgets, expenses, and financial planning while providing data-driven insights to executive leadership.
  • Plan for Success – Ensure proper staffing coverage, oversee scheduling, and be available to support the leadership team when needed.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced Leader: 10+ years in dealership leadership or a combination of sales, operations, and departmental management.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred.
  • Licenses: Valid Driver's License with ability to meet insurance requirements is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of dealership operations, OEMs, and the trucking industry is required.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Proven success managing complex budgets, financial planning, and forecasting.
  • People-First Mindset: Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with tablets, MS Office, and dealership management systems (Procede experience preferred).
  • Must participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Pay Range: $115,000 - $150,000 per year with incentive eligibility
