We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our online store. This role will focus on maintaining the Shopify platform, optimizing site merchandising, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate will collaborate with multiple teams to enhance product listings, coordinate promotions, and support operational efficiency.
All True Classic roles are global and omni-channel, driving accountability across product categories, regions, and sales/marketing channels. This role will allow you to impact operations worldwide, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and delivering success across diverse markets and platforms.
Key Areas of Accountability
1. Shopify Platform Management
- Oversee daily operations on Shopify, ensuring product setup and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor and troubleshoot site performance issues as needed.
2. Site Merchandising & Optimization
- Manage site merchandising tasks to ensure an optimal online shopping experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to enhance product listings and promotions.
- Assist in the execution of A/B tests to improve conversion rates and user experience.
3. Marketing & Promotions Support
- Assist with the setup and execution of online marketing campaigns and seasonal sales events.
- Coordinate promotional banners, landing pages, and discount codes for special events.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to align campaigns with e-commerce initiatives.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with logistics, IT, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage product listings and data across NetSuite and Centric PLM to maintain accuracy.
- Ensure all online transactions and orders align with backend inventory and fulfillment systems.
5. Product & Inventory Management
- Track and update product inventory levels, working with warehouse teams to prevent stock issues.
- Ensure accurate inventory feeds between Shopify, NetSuite, and Centric PLM.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in product availability and pricing.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital merchandising.
- Strong proficiency with Shopify, including product setup, merchandising, and site maintenance.
- Experience working with NetSuite and Centric PLM is preferred.
- Basic understanding of SEO and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in retail, apparel, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor site updates is a plus.
