The Opportunity
As a Director of Corporate Development and Mergers and Acquisitions at True Environmental you will play a key role driving growth through mergers and acquisitions to further True’s overall growth objectives. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive M&A strategy to expand our service offerings, geographic reach, and client base. You will also be key in identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships and business development opportunities. Expertise in developing targeted pipelines, fostering relationships with prospects, and advocating compelling mutual interests is a key requirement of this role. Furthermore, you will assist with financial analysis, due diligence, and deal structuring as may be necessary. This role requires a self-starter with a strategic mindset who takes the initiative and is motivated by new challenges. This position will work closely with senior leaders across the company, including True’s Executive Leadership Team.
