POSITION OVERVIEW
TRUEWERK is looking for an exceptional Lead Designer based in Denver, Colorado to combine their experience, problem solving abilities, and cultural relevance to help build and support the future of technical workwear.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and visual communication skills and is adept at presenting and defending creative work while remaining open, flexible, and collaborative. You have a highly developed curiosity and in-depth understanding of design culture, and are committed to staying up-to-date with current and future trends. With your strong interpersonal skills and dedication to foster cross-functional teamwork, you have the ability to collaborate on team efforts while also working independently to deliver on individual responsibilities.
Most importantly, successful candidates will have a passion for creativity and exceptional abilities in design and typography. We love portfolios with strong, brand-appropriate aesthetics that align with the target audience’s needs and lifestyle. We expect your portfolio to showcase your level of taste and experience with a clean, visually engaging, and clear information hierarchy. Bonus points for descriptions of your projects, explaining your thinking process or the problem you solved.

TRUEWERK is committed to providing fair and competitive compensation through a combination of base salary and performance-based bonuses. Other benefits include but are not limited to:
Salary Range: $110,000 –140,000
