About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Paid Social Media Executive to join a dynamic and innovative growth marketing agency in Leicestershire. This role involves planning, executing, and optimising paid social media campaigns across various platforms to help e-commerce businesses scale their online presence and revenue. You will collaborate with team members and clients to understand their goals and challenges, delivering impactful and measurable results.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Relevant commercial work experience as a Paid Social Media Executive.

• Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Experience in monitoring and evaluating the performance of paid social media campaigns and providing data-driven recommendations.

• Ability to define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns.

• Experience in designing and implementing A/B tests for optimisation of paid social media strategies.

• Familiar with audience segmentation and customer data utilisation for personalised marketing efforts.

• Skills in conducting competitive analysis and identifying industry trends.

• Knowledge of emerging social media marketing technologies and strategies.
