As a Programmatic Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, setting up, optimizing, and reporting on programmatic advertising campaigns across DSPs such as Google DV360. You will work closely with internal teams to drive performance, provide actionable insights, and ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives.
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Plan, set up, and manage programmatic advertising campaigns across various DSPs, including DV360.
- Develop audience targeting strategies based on data and behaviors.
- Optimize campaigns through bid adjustments, audience refinements, and creative testing.
- Monitor budgets to ensure efficient allocation of spend and campaign goals.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to campaign setup, tracking, and delivery.
Performance Analysis & Insights
- Track and analyze campaign performance data to identify key trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports with clear, actionable recommendations.
- Work with analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking and measurement of results.
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with internal teams, including client-facing and analytics, to align programmatic strategies with broader business objectives.
- Communicate performance updates, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for testing and campaign innovation.
Industry & Trend Monitoring
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and new DSP features.
- Research and test new programmatic tactics and technologies to enhance performance.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing; agency experience highly regarded.
- Ability to understand large data sets and simplify insights for key stakeholders.
- Exceptional project management skills, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with performance reporting tools.
- Tech-savvy with experience in emerging trends and technologies and their potential applications.
