Sales Optimization & Strategy
- Actively seek new opportunities to exceed sales budgets by maximizing sell-through, optimizing user experience, and reducing bounce rate.
- Improve site engagement and conversion rates through UX enhancements and strategic merchandising.
- Utilize site analytics to track performance and make data-driven recommendations for increasing sales.
Website & Product Management
- Upload and manage product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates.
- Resize and upload ecommerce and campaign imagery, ensuring images meet quality and branding standards.
- Ensure products are categorized correctly and test for errors or visibility issues on the frontend.
- Upload and manage all website assets, including homepage banners, new collection pages, and journal/blog posts.
- Merchandise all site pages and product categories to ensure optimal sell-through and visual experience.
Site Auditing & Maintenance
- Conduct regular audits of all active products on the website, ensuring:
- Prices are correct and up to date.
- Sold-out styles are removed or marked accordingly.
- Cross-selling features are active on all product pages to increase average order value.
- Images and descriptions are accurate and aligned with the brand's standards.
- Identify and resolve technical or content-related issues that may impact site performance.
Digital Marketing & Promotions
- Assist in executing ecommerce marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid ads, and SEO strategies.
- Support the launch of seasonal promotions, discount codes, and product releases.
- Optimize product pages for SEO to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Analyze customer behavior and suggest data-driven sales and engagement strategies.
Analytics, Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Generate and analyze weekly ecommerce reports, including:
- Sales performance and conversion rates
- Website traffic and bounce rates
- Customer engagement and purchasing trends
- Present weekly reports to the General Manager and provide insights to improve performance.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, and internal sales reports to monitor ecommerce KPIs.
Administrative Support to General Manager
- Assist the General Manager with daily and weekly administrative tasks, including:
- Scheduling and coordination of ecommerce-related activities.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and tracking sales performance.
- Managing internal communications and assisting with operational updates.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Customer Experience & Support
- Ensure a seamless online shopping experience, with a focus on usability and mobile responsiveness.
- Work closely with customer service teams to resolve online inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements to site features and overall user experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce platform Shopify.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and ecommerce reporting tools.
- Ability to optimize user experience (UX) and conversion rates.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong administrative abilities to support senior management with reporting and operational tasks.
- Flexible and hands-on nature, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
