Multimedia Specialist - Work from home

  • Edit short-form videos for social platforms using a pre-curated content library.
  • Ensure professional video output with strong attention to detail—applying color grading, transitions, video stabilization, subtitles, and basic animations where needed.
  • Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized, platform-optimized clips.
  • Ensure consistency with brand tone, visual style, and messaging.
  • Assist in scheduling content using tools such as Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Draft high-quality, on-brand captions tailored to each platform and audience.
  • Monitor social media messages, comments, and mentions, and assist in timely community engagement.
  • Research and compile content ideas for upcoming social posts based on trends, key campaigns, and business goals.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, video formats, platform algorithm changes, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Support brainstorming sessions with marketing and creative teams to plan upcoming campaigns or content themes.
  • Support the creation of ad creatives for social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on A/B testing and ad performance tracking (if experienced).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in video editing and/or content creation for social media.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite—especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with mobile-friendly video editing tools such as CapCut or InShot.
  • Strong understanding of content creation best practices across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, particularly for short-form captions.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Experience with campaign management tools.
  • Highly organized, creative, and adaptable to changing trends and priorities.
  • A passion for hospitality, food, and nightlife is a plus.
