Sales Support Officer - Work from home

  • Process B2B sales documentation, including partner agreements, onboarding forms, and CRM entries.
  • Assist with quote generation, policy issuance, and any required reconciliations in coordination with the finance team.
  • Maintain client files and ensure timely updates of sales opportunities and status changes in the CRM.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Track key account metrics, pipeline movements, and BDE performance data.
  • Ensure all documentation aligns with client's quality, compliance, and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate new partner onboarding in collaboration with underwriting, compliance, and finance teams.
  • Monitor active accounts to identify gaps or service issues requiring escalation.
  • Assist with training material preparation and partner-facing documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments to facilitate accurate data flow and issue resolution.
  • Organize and coordinate BDE-led meetings, follow-ups, and calendar events.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the BDEs in client follow-ups, data collation, and administrative logistics.
  • Monitor workflows to identify inefficiencies or delays.
  • Propose recommendations to streamline the sales support function and partner engagement experience.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and data integrity across all commercial documentation.
  • Other position-level duties as they arise
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a sales support, administrative, or client services role
  • Previous exposure to the insurance sector, particularly in commercial, is an advantage.
  • High-level proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred) and MS Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of requests.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work cross-functionally.
  • Proven ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and prioritize competing requests.
  • Professional, client-focused approach with a strong commitment to compliance and accuracy.
