To advance Understood’s mission and to further our impact, we’re hiring a Staff Product Manager, reporting to our VP, Product.
Millions of people, who learn and think differently or support someone who does, come to Understood.org to find accessible and trustworthy resources they know are grounded in clinical expertise and evidence. We are seeking an impassioned product leader to help those people more easily find what they need on their journey to thriving, as well as to help us create new valuable content and tools.
You already have a track record of driving positive consumer and business outcomes, partnering with engineers, product designers, data analysts, user researchers, product marketers, content writers. At Understood, your cross-functional group would be joined by our AI engineers and clinical experts, all of whom you would collaborate with to iteratively deliver effective and engaging product experiences.
This is a hybrid role that requires a minimum of three (3) days a week in our NYC office, with a focus on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
The base salary range for this role is minimum $170,000-$190,000 maximum, depending on years of experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports wellness for our team members and their families. You can learn more about our benefits and offerings.
