Junior Field Service Engineer

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Junior Field Service Engineer to join our UniQue team.

What will you be bringing to the team?

Our UniQue people come from a variety of different backgrounds and industries, with different skillsets and approaches, but they have one thing in common: passion for technology and innovation! For the Junior Field Service Engineer position we expect you to:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot allocated problems, understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Provide on-site network technical service and cover IT Support openings for the clients
• Pick and receive spare parts that are required for the resolution of the problem, in close collaboration with the Help Desk Engineers and the warehouse
• Check the spare parts to be used in the resolution of the problem
• Maintain and check that the vehicles are in a good condition
• Create detailed documentation and guidelines regarding the projects’ implementation and the resolution of complex problems
• Inform back office and conduct back office tasks (e.g scanning documents, data entry, customer portal upload, email to update call log when returning to the headquarters e.t.c) whenever needed
• Build trust with clients, communicate special requirements and inform the team regarding any variances in terms of contract

What do you need to succeed in this position?

Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to have:

• College/University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another relative discipline
• Good understanding of networking concepts and VPNs
• CCNA level network certification will be considered accordingly
• Good knowledge of the English language (written and verbal)
• Flexibility/availability to travel (in Greece and abroad)
• Driving license Α’/Β’ category
