We are hiring a Sales Operations Coordinator in Milford, OH. This is an on-site position.

What you will do:- Support the outside sales and project management team across the UFT process equipment and valve business.
- Enthusiastically and effectively communicate UFT’s mission of providing the highest value solutions and superior service across the platform.
- Effectively support capital and aftermarket project efforts for the products and services provided through the UFT family of companies.
- Utilize tools to track all individual sales activities, quoting activity, orders won, and revenue generated.
- Assist the project sales team and service sales management by assembling pertinent project information including project executive summaries, process equipment technical information, construction details, scheduling, and pricing.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer and market requirements and provide sales support where appropriate given individual knowledge, specialization, or technical background.

- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field is required. Recent college grads are encouraged to apply.
- Bonus points if you have experience in field service/engineering, construction, water/wastewater, chemical industry or applicable experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, able to learn new sales support programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
