• Build and execute long-term marketing strategy across all company products
• Lead and scale our talented marketing team: build structure, processes, and cross-team synergy between marketing and product units
• Plan and manage performance marketing budgets with a laser focus on ROI and audience growth
• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and DSP platforms, tackle account bans, creative rejections, and other ad policy blockers head-on
• Establish strategic relationships with key ad platforms
• Secure optimized CPM/CPI rates, access to beta tools, and early access to new features
• Leverage both official partnerships and your personal Head/C-level network to ensure priority support
• Ensure sensitive formats get approved without losing impact
• Monitor trends, competitors, and changes in the social networking and ad tech landscape
• Champion new tools, platforms, and innovations that give us an edge

• Proven track record managing $60M+ annual marketing budgets
• Experience in developing marketing strategies and leading teams at the VP of Marketing/Marketing Director/CMO level
• Strong knowledge of digital performance marketing. 
• Have an existing Head/C-level network within leading advertising platforms
• Experience with strategic partnerships that resulted in customized terms, optimized CPM/CPI, and access to beta tools and closed features
• Able to guide ad creative teams through tight platform policies while keeping campaigns engaging and effective
• You are a recognized and trusted expert in the digital advertising industry, with a reputation that opens doors
