IT Support Technician

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team on behalf of one of our top clients, leader in the education industry.

Responsibilities:

• Installation & Support of user workstations (PCs, Printers, VoIP, etc.)
• Installation & Support of IT applications
• Installation & Support of network solutions (Firewall, Switches, WiFi, etc.)
• Technical support for students (Online help desk)
• Resolution of technical issues (Troubleshooting)

• University or College Degree in Computer Science, Networking, or System Administration
• Proficiency in troubleshooting computer issues (Software, Hardware)
• Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
• Military obligations fullfiled (for male candidates)
• 6 -12 months of relevant experience will be considered a plus
