Job Summary

The Document Processor is a vital part of the enrollment team, responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient handling of student enrollment documentation and records. In this role, you will verify and process applications, maintain compliance with state and school regulations, and securely manage sensitive information. Success requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet productivity and quality standards consistently. By supporting the enrollment process and collaborating with internal teams, you will help create a seamless and compliant experience for students and families.

Target Pay Rate: $17.50/Hour

Responsibilities

  • Process and verify enrollment applications and supporting documentation, including transcripts, birth certificates, proof of residency, and immunizations.
  • Maintain and update student accounts and records in compliance with school and state guidelines.
  • Enter student information into designated record systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure the secure handling and storage of sensitive student records, including special education documents.
  • Escalate unresolved issues or complex record requests to the Escalation Team as needed.
  • Provide timely status updates to supervisors regarding assignments, delays, or challenges.
  • Actively participate in team huddles, virtual training sessions, and other scheduled meetings.
  • Maintain schedule flexibility to accommodate weekend shifts, holidays, and overtime as required.
  • Perform clerical tasks and provide administrative support to the enrollment team.
  • Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in student records to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the overall enrollment process and ensure a seamless experience for families.

Qualifications

  • Highschool diploma
  • 1 year of clerical / administrative experience
