As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work to provide an exceptional customer experience and service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met, and their questions are answered in a timely and professional manner. You’ll join a team that delivers a best-in-class, customer-centric support experience. The Customer Support Specialist is key in developing this ethos by driving customer satisfaction and quick resolution times.
