Valsoft are looking for a qualified Customer Support Specialist for our full-time customer service.

The Role:

The role involves working on the customer hotline to support our customers solve problems or answer questions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering customer inquiries about business operations.
• Error analysis and correction
• Collaboration with the other teams Development, Consulting, Product Management and Sales
• Documentation and proces sing of inquiries in the ERP system
• Preparation of action and process instructions
• Cooperation with key accounts and institutional clients
• Monitoring of internal hotline processes and increasing support efficiency

About You:

• Training in the commercial sector and/or in IT – or in comparable activities.

• Ability to familiarize yourself with a complex software product
• Desirable: Database experience (MS-SQL)
• Ability to identify complex problems and develop solutions
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Empathetic, patient and resilient
• Efficient and independent way of working
• Good ability to work in a team
• Legally authorized to work in Ireland and can commute to the Dublin office.
