Financial Analyst

The role 

We are looking for a Financial Analyst that will ensure the correct recording and tracking of projects from contract signature through project completion. 

Role responsibilities 

• Read, review and understand contracts’ terms and conditions 
• Set up projects in the project management tool according to contracts’ terms 
• Track projects progress from creation to closure, keeping the project management tool information up to date 
• Provide ongoing support to billing and revenue teams during month-end reporting 
• Handle expense rebill setup in the project management tool 
• Provide support to project managers on timesheets and project adjustments 
• Collaborate with PMO to ensure consistent project accounting and reporting 
• Train new project managers on the project management tool process 
• Interact with others in the Finance Shared Services (FISS) and Business Applications Shared Services (BASS) teams when necessary 
• Timely perform/support the internal control processes

• Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related areas 
• 3 – 5 years of experience in Finance 
• Advanced level of English 
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); Working knowledge of relevant software (e.g. SuiteProjects Pro) will be appreciated 
• Ability to work and communicate clearly with internal clients 
• Assertiveness to raise attention to potential issues 
• Strong attention to detail 

Preferred qualifications 

• Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related areas
