About the Role:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing strategy, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. This role is central to enhancing our brand positioning and ensuring our marketing efforts align with our corporate growth strategy.

Over the next 12 months, you’ll play a key role in delivering a company-wide rebrand, repositioning our business for a more corporate audience. You’ll also shape and execute ongoing marketing initiatives to support business growth, from digital marketing to partner engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Brand & Strategy: Lead the company rebrand, ensuring a professional, corporate-facing identity that enhances brand positioning.
• Website & Digital Presence: Oversee the company website redesign, manage content creation, and enhance social media engagement.
• Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute customer-led campaigns to support our dealer network and generate new business.
• Corporate Engagement: Ensure all corporate documentation is redesigned to reflect a highly professional identity suited to engaging with large corporate partners.
• Content Creation: Write and manage blogs, newsletters, and digital communications to support brand visibility and engagement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience leading brand development and repositioning in a corporate or B2B environment.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to shape marketing initiatives rather than just executing directives.
• Experience in website development, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality corporate content.
• The ability to develop customer-focused marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
• Comfortable managing branding projects and working with external design agencies.
• A proactive and autonomous approach, bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions.
