Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Manager cum Scrum Master with over 10 years of expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Additionally, the candidate will act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile practices and ensuring the team adheres to Scrum principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery Management:
    • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they meet the required standards and objectives.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Scrum Master Responsibilities:
    • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
    • Ensure the team follows Agile practices and Scrum framework.
    • Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
    • Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance project delivery.
    • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members on Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) as a Delivery Manager and Scrum Master.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience working in the pharmaceutical domain industries is highly desirable.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
